Backend PR #454 adds a manual bounded history diagnostic and a five-card live audit report. This builds on the current FR/NM pricing and bootstrap from Tormknd's PR #444; it does not import history or change the application's displayed prices.

Across a requested one-year window, five existing Pokemon/Cardmarket bindings returned 546 dated rows, of which 360 contained a positive French low. Dracaufeu had 44 usable points, Noctali VMAX 136, Celebi V 134, Mystherbe 23 and Chenipan 23. All pages were retrieved in 23 total provider requests, including the current-price comparison and the initial probe. The largest interval between valid observations reached 66 days; the two commons' latest French quotes were 17 and 21 days old.

The historical cm_low values matched current lowest_near_mint_FR amounts at their latest non-null observations. Neither the documented historical contract nor the sampled response explicitly guarantees the Near Mint condition, however. The report therefore marks the condition as unverified and does not justify promising exact-NM history for every card.

Validation: 1,077 API tests, TypeScript checking and 546 ingest tests passed. The live responses are replayed offline in regression tests. Local Docker integration was unavailable because the Docker Desktop engine was stopped. No deployment, catalogue import, migration or service restart was performed.

Next prerequisite: obtain provider confirmation of historical condition and printing semantics before integrating an exact-NM curve. Future exact FR/NM observations can separately be archived when the normal pricing service refreshes them; latest-price cache expiry is not historical retention.
