Loose valuation falls back to the latest eligible historical sale only when Cardmarket and recent eBay are absent. Historical evidence matches the selected condition and is not discounted again. Sealed valuation supports a 30/70 blend of Cardmarket and recent eBay, with Cardmarket alone before old eBay evidence. The provider integration is tracked separately in backend issue #540.

Positive seal wording is optional; opened, empty, resealed and refurbished products remain excluded. CGC, SGC, ACE and TAG valuation requests are rejected.

Validation at the recorded source: API typecheck and check-JS passed; 1,418 API tests passed, 3 skipped, with PGlite enabled; 554 ingest tests passed. Focused observed Red/Green cycles cover each policy change. Native Postgres 16 and mobile E2E are not established by these results.

Server release 53fa8194d95cb53f9c721dd5f23ae1071faa2072 was deployed on 2026-10-21, preserving the active Compose overlays and runtime environment. Health/readiness passed and unrelated containers were unchanged. A live ETB 151 lookup returned 399 EUR, using two TCGgo calls and zero CompSniper calls. Fifty-five missing English set localizations were inserted by exact TCGdex ID, without overwriting French names or existing English rows. This is eligibility metadata, not a promise that every sealed SKU has an available French offer.

Cost observation before the change: 80 TCGgo and 21 CompSniper calls in 24h. For a stable recurring population, 48h rather than 72h can increase refresh demand by roughly 50%; actual traffic determines the spend. Configured caps remain 3,000 TCGgo calls/24h (worker 200 included), and CompSniper 200/24h, 8,000 in the conservative long ledger. The exact deployed source passed 1,475 API tests with PGlite and skipped three; typecheck/check-JS passed. This does not claim local PostgreSQL/Redis parity or native UI verification.

The complete French PDF guide is revised to 21 pages, including CompSniper matching, original EUR preservation, historic fallbacks, quotas, private values, sealed coverage and One Piece prerequisites. Its final iOS delivery status is recorded after the EAS/App Store Connect release checks.

Final assembled mobile source 7df5d67963599d410f252f92806f6349c3a1e866 has the same tree as tested patch 0d07f9f6cf1ae16b9159cdad3d314987c52d0af2: lint (zero problems), TypeScript and 2,905 Jest tests (11 skipped; 298 passing suites), plus seven paired HTTP client/API tests against the real in-process API routes with PGlite and controlled provider DTOs. iOS EAS build de4a4c7c-c431-493a-9364-1618c01ceadc, version 1.0.2 (46), completed at 15:49 UTC, including the final quota guard. Its IPA passed static checks for the identifier, version, backend URL and pricing modules; its recorded source matches the tested tree. This is not a claim of running the app on an iPhone.

Build 46 submission bc97532b-19c8-42bc-a5a0-0463701a2d76 was queued at 15:50 UTC. Availability in Apple TestFlight is not yet confirmed. The obsolete build 45 submission was cancelled after build 46 completed. The earlier queued build 44 was cancelled because it lacked the final grid lot.

Final quota audit: 87 TCGgo and 30 CompSniper reservations in the previous 24 hours at 15:44 UTC, none in 15 minutes. Ten passive ETB reads and two rejected unauthenticated live requests left all provider ledgers unchanged. See the separate collection-pricing-quota-guard tracking entry for the measured boundary.

Backend release 53fa819 is a pricing-only backport of #549 onto 0063d2d, tagged release/valuation-20261021-53fa819. Newly merged unrelated alert migrations on staging were not rolled into this runtime deployment.
