Cardmarket PR #558 and eBay/runtime PR #561 extend the existing French pricing engine to One Piece. Both games use TCGgo for exact Cardmarket offers and CompSniper for qualified ebay.fr sold evidence, with the same raw/graded/sealed calculations, condition factors, caches and shared durable provider budgets. Merge the Cardmarket prerequisite first.
Collector numbers retain their OP/ST/EB/PRB prefix. Bandai origin expansions, Manga/red Manga and reprints remain distinct. Exact mapped printings can use Cardmarket; unmapped standard prints require a unique provider match. Unresolved parallel impressions remain unavailable and do not initiate paid eBay searches. Reviewed sealed products include decks and DuoPacks; exact Cardmarket binding is currently limited to eligible displays and boosters.
The companion mobile change opens the verified French raw price display to One Piece, including exact conditions and personal prices: mobile PR #823, closing mobile issue #822.
Validation: API TypeScript checks and 1,532 API tests, including optional PGlite catalogue/snapshot SQL tests, pass; 554 ingest tests pass. Mobile lint, TypeScript and 2,926 Jest tests pass. An isolated VPS candidate reused the running Pokemon credentials: authenticated TCGgo French offers passed for four standard cards and an OP09 display (EUR 319). Explorer hydration, passive reads, six condition values and a real stale-snapshot repricing passed, including durable completion and lease release. The test exposed and fixed PostgreSQL microsecond truncation in refresh leases. CompSniper recent/history requests returned HTTP 200; inspected sales did not prove the requested printing and were excluded. A real ambiguous Shanks sale at EUR 420.82 drove a failing regression before seller-title printing checks corrected it. Positive eBay sold coverage is not established by these probes. No device was connected. GitHub Actions jobs could not start because account billing/spending limits blocked runner execution. No paid catalogue-wide backfill was performed. Exact results and remaining limitations are in the pull requests and backend docs/ONEPIECE_PRICING.md.
