Spleen reported intermittent raw catalog HTTP 429 errors in Explorer. Mobile PR #488 gives Explorer and Collection > Blocs a user-facing error message and a Retry action that requests the set list again. A failed request remains distinct from a successful empty catalogue. No catalogue rows or colours change.

This is a recovery-path fix, not a backend rate-limit fix. Lint, typecheck and 2,099 Jest tests passed locally. Maestro and installed-device verification were unavailable; the cause of the traffic burst and a possible first-load 429 remain open for backend investigation.
