Wallet card/item lists no longer render a normal empty state after an ownership read failure. The dedicated owned-card list no longer exposes the raw error; both paths show an unavailable state with Retry. The stored ledger is untouched.

Discovered while validating the Nihaw/Spleen Collection workflows, not a verbatim collaborator request. Device testing remains outstanding.
