French anniversary Charizard (30th-c-001) retains the original 4/102 footer, which previously excluded it from the OCR-filtered search and returned Base Set Charizard (base1-4) as identified. Server numeric OCR searches now compare the visual result while retaining name, game and language guards. An alternative must reach the existing 0.90 visual floor and improve similarity by more than the existing 0.01 print ambiguity margin before overriding the number; the corrected match remains uncertain with ocr-catalogue-conflict so the user can confirm the print.

The regression was observed failing before implementation. API tests pass (1,142), as do ingest tests (550), including the frozen scan-policy gate. Real reference checks return the correct anniversary Charizard, original Base Set Charizard and anniversary Lunala, each at similarity 1.0. Complete local E2E is not green (3 passed, 49 failed, 11 skipped): Docker Desktop is unavailable, and legacy frozen-scan hooks also encounter a Japanese Tesseract CDN 404. These failures were not weakened or hidden.

The VPS API uses the derived skns-api:classic-reprint-13eba9a image with only the tested compiled scan route replaced. Its environment, mounts, memory settings, networks and host port are preserved, with the previous runtime configuration retained for rollback. No schema, dependency, embedding-model or threshold change; the implementation PR targets staging and has not been merged.
