Explorer renders a fixed 36x24 vector French flag rather than a platform emoji inside a selection frame. It remains a read-only language indicator in card and sealed modes, with no new language menu or dependency.

The existing isBeta release flag hides only Pokemon group IDs pop, tk, mc, and misc in the Explorer projection. Disabling the flag restores those groups. Shared catalogue data, collection browsing, One Piece, API responses and database records are unchanged. This is presentation scoping, not authorization; global search and direct card access are not restricted.

Validation: lint and TypeScript passed. Jest passed 2,489 tests across 256 suites (11 tests and two suites skipped). Test-first failures were observed for the missing visibility selector and the old emoji rendering, followed by 29 passing focused tests. A beta Maestro journey was added, but npm run e2e could not run because Maestro is not installed locally. Native visual validation remains pending a rebuilt app. No backend deployment, migration or local APK build.

The mobile PR targets staging and is intentionally not merged pending approval.
