Installed Scope
Four French logos were recovered from their actual published Bandai product pages: OP-09, OP-13, OP-17 and OP14-EB04. The composite OP14-EB04 identity is preserved; the upstream asset happens to live under an op14 path.
The owner approved product artwork where no separate logo was identified. Twelve replacements use the supplied Cardmarket archive, whose provenance and publication rights were previously confirmed by the owner: booster art for PRB-01, EB-02 and OP-10/11/12, and the individual deck image for ST-15 to ST-21. These are packaging replacements, not invented or purported official wordmarks. Artwork language is not inferred from the catalogue language.
Storage And Safety
The local payload is in assets/logo-series-manquants/onepiece/set-logos/; originals, manifests and operation scripts are in the private local import area. The VPS has the same 16 assets in its asset archive and runtime image directory. Bandai WebPs are unchanged. Product replacements use lossless WebP conversion without cropping or resizing, while retaining original files and hashes.
After a verified targeted backup, the operation updated only _snag.logoPath for 16 canonical sets and 16 existing French localizations in one guarded transaction. All other row fields matched the before-state. No cards, prices, holdings, memberships or scan records changed. Existing guest-media and private image rules remain in force; provenance stays in backend documentation.
Durable Tooling
The backend now recognizes four verified French landing-page/logo exceptions, including relative image paths and the OP14 composite-code mismatch. Existing origin restrictions and old CMS parsing remain. Two new regression tests failed before the change and pass afterward. The twelve owner-supplied replacements remain manifest-driven rather than fabricated Bandai URLs. A later ingest that overwrites metadata may require reapplying this approved manifest.
Verification And Limits
Type checks and 553 ingest tests passed locally with bundled Node 24. CI covers the repository's Node 22 target. All sixteen French catalogue entries expose their installed paths; all sixteen public guest-media responses returned HTTP 200 image/webp with SHA-256 matching the local manifest. Health/readiness passed. No schema migration, frontend code, APK build or service restart was needed. Native visual review remains separate and may require refreshing cached metadata.
The backend includes docs/ONEPIECE_SET_ARTWORK.md and the complete provenance and hash manifest. Backend and documentation PRs target staging and remain open pending review; this task does not automatically merge them.
