PR #712 changes the two Home section icons from informational blue to a scoped neutral tone. Dark appearance uses off-white primary text on the page background; light appearance uses the existing white token on a compact ink surface. Other Section defaults are unchanged. Contrast is checked at 3:1 or better for both games and both appearances, using existing tokens.

Observed RED/GREEN and explicitly superseded the historical blue expectation. Lint/typecheck passed; 2,493 full-suite tests passed (11 existing skips). Maestro screenshot checkpoints are prepared but not executed: no executable or connected device. PR remains open against staging; native validation pending.
