Sorting existed already. PR #701 implements only the updated request: search, sort and favourites share one row; the default is descending card count and manual ordering is no longer offered. Legacy custom ordering stays supported internally; no persisted sort preference existed to migrate, and no binder rows are rewritten.

Observed focused RED/GREEN; 34 focused tests and 2,493 full-suite tests passed (11 pre-existing skips), lint/typecheck passed. Maestro flow updated, not run because the executable is unavailable. Native visual validation remains pending.
