Native emulator validation after REV-196/197 exposed an integration gap: the screen sorted only the first 200 alphabetically returned characters. It could therefore show Boa Hancock before characters absent from that page.

The character browse loader now retrieves every One Piece summary page before applying catalogue-count, ownership or popularity sorting. The current French catalogue contains 499 identities, requiring three paginated requests. Cards and portraits are not eagerly loaded. Pokemon paging remains unchanged. A 50-page guard rejects runaway responses rather than presenting partial results.

Tests cover 499 summaries across offsets 0/200/400, unchanged Pokemon calls, query forwarding and the guard. This supplements the original pure sorting tests with coverage for the paginated repository boundary.

The original API and documentation PRs are merged. API-only deployment has passed readiness and public character endpoint checks. No migration or data deletion. Personal Android build outputs remain local and are never committed.
