The final read-only audit covers all 13,460 One Piece records and reproduces the deployed source-evidence digest. Qualified rarities agree when compared with the exact source artwork/name/number, and the one blank Bandai rarity remains unknown.

Provider printing IDs are reused across 77 groups covering 154 versions. The admin reader now supplies onepiece:printing:<release-id>:<immutable-card-id> keys with exact lookup, while retaining searches by historical source aliases. All 13,460 canonical keys are unique. No migration, import, collection or price write occurs.

Validation: 66 local tests and CI; full-record restricted-reader key checks; authenticated Chrome checks; unchanged batches and public API; healthy admin. Existing provenance/artwork and collector-treatment review limitations remain.
