Backend PR #536 removes the legacy Basic-plan bottleneck: 90 daily calls minus a 20-call scan partition stopped collection pricing after 70 rolling-day calls. On October 21, that local gate prevented five of the six reported Zenith cards from loading.

The user explicitly requested using the subscribed 3,000 requests per 24-hour allowance. Live RapidAPI headers confirmed a limit of 3,000, 2,999 remaining after one batch, and 83,116 seconds to reset. That single request recovered Zarude EUR 0.02, Sylveroy EUR 0.70, Dracaufeu VSTAR EUR 11.90, Dracaufeu Radieux EUR 15 and Entei EUR 0.40. Dracaufeu V already had a valid EUR 5.90 snapshot.

Runtime, Compose defaults and the example environment now use 3,000 daily calls and a zero scan partition. Scans and collection hydration share the allowance. Explicit operator overrides remain supported. Transactional accounting, observed upstream quota, batch size twenty, cache reuse and request pacing still apply. No CompSniper limit or native configuration changed.

TDD reproduced a missing quote after the old seventy-call threshold and observed EUR 2.50 with the shared 3,000-call budget. Configuration consistency separately failed on the old defaults, then passed. Typecheck passed; API SQL-enabled suite: 1,405 passed, one unrelated PostgreSQL naming test skipped, zero failures. Focused snapshot/config suite: nineteen passed. A local SQL boundary check seeded 2,999 calls and issued twelve concurrent reservations: exactly one succeeded and the total stopped at 3,000, with no live requests.

GitHub CI is blocked before execution by billing/spending. Full Docker/PostgreSQL and native UI E2E remain unavailable locally. The TestFlight build is already 1.0.2 (43); changing the server-side budget does not require another mobile build.

PR #536 merged as 012167bbb5c02e417e8fa8f035199e15d07f4a81 and was deployed as skns-api:tcggo-budget-012167b-20261021. Only the authorized runtime environment values changed: daily limit 3,000 and scan reserve zero. Other environment values and unrelated container identities were verified; public/local health passed. The existing root environment file remains intact; a final retained Compose override carries the two explicit settings so old deployment defaults cannot win.

A bounded refresh of 260 base catalogue rows under the Zenith set prefix produced 249 exact quotes using twelve additional TCGgo requests and zero CompSniper calls. Eleven rows still had no exact quote from this refresh. The public batch endpoint now returns prices for all six cards from the user's screenshot. Remaining provider allowance after the refresh was 2,987, with reset at October 22, 09:48:59 UTC.
