The user explicitly requests increasing the legacy TCGgo worker sublimit from ten to two hundred calls per rolling day. These calls remain included in the shared 3,000-call daily allowance; they are not an additional quota. Runtime, Compose and example defaults use 200; scan reserve remains zero. Existing observed-provider quota and minute pacing remain unchanged.

Backend PR #538 includes separate observed Red/Green cycles for the worker lookup and container configuration. The worker test goes from an unavailable quote to EUR 2.50 and asserts the shared 3,000 budget, background flag and 200-call sublimit. Typecheck passed; SQL-enabled API suite: 1,407 passed, one unrelated PostgreSQL naming integration skipped, zero failures. No dependency, schema or native changes.

The existing VPS valuation launcher executes runPriceRefresh.js inside the API container, so deployment must replace the old explicit background environment value as well as rebuilding the image. A new TestFlight build is unnecessary. GitHub CI remains blocked by billing/spending; full PostgreSQL and native UI E2E were unavailable locally. A French PDF describes the deployed pricing rules and this updated limit for the product owner.

PR #538 merged as fc66cca7a63221b2a0fdbbd96d88ea2523e7f180 and deployed as skns-api:tcggo-worker-fc66cca-20261021. The final retained Compose override sets the worker sublimit to 200; runtime inspection confirms daily total 3,000, scan reserve zero and minute limit 25. Local/public health checks passed and unrelated containers and all other environment values remained unchanged.

A local SQL concurrency check seeded 199 worker calls within 2,999 total calls. Twelve concurrent reservations granted exactly one: final worker count 200 and global count 3,000. This check used no live provider calls.
