Explorer build 50 already uses the shared Pokemon grid hydration code. OP09 French had only 12 durable quotes for 119 standard catalogue cards, so passive reads initially returned missing prices. The first fill now downloads complete One Piece expansions in pages of 100 and persists exact FR/NM snapshots for all supported catalogue rows. The existing refresh worker and shared provider quotas remain in use; grids do not trigger eBay searches.
The same snapshots feed series, search, characters and collection views. Exact printing boundaries remain required: unsupported parallels do not inherit base prices. A French title regression also fixes OP09-058: the accented word "spciale" must not be mistaken for the standalone SP printing marker.
Backend validation: 1,558 tests passed with PGlite SQL integration, three skipped; JavaScript typechecking passed. Mobile validation: lint/typecheck passed; 2,927 tests passed and 11 skipped. The new OP09 grid regression verifies prices before detail requests, and the Maestro flow checks the initial grid price. Device E2E could not run because no device or Maestro was available. No new mobile runtime or native build is required beyond build 50.
The initial live operation completed with 2,091 persisted prices in 87 provider requests under its 150-call cap. The final deployment returns all 119 French standard OP09 prices from passive grid reads, including OP09-058 after the accented-title fix. TCGgo and CompSniper authenticated requests returned HTTP 200. Passive grid reads spent no eBay credits. A stale-snapshot refresh completed with price persistence, lease release and next-run scheduling. Mobile contract PR.
