The admin unlimited override (scan_unlimited) now removes both the daily scan quota and the collection capacity ceiling. Existing grants are covered without a migration or an account update. The subscription and unrelated paid features remain unchanged. /me advertises unlimited capacity while preserving the real active-copy count. Collection additions, quantity increases and restores share the same allowance, including sync mutations.

Finite scan quotas and daily bonuses do not change collection capacity. Removing unlimited restores the subscription ceiling for subsequent additions and leaves existing holdings intact. This change does not alter scan counter metering.

Backend PR: #582.

Validation: 1,613 API tests passed, 20 skipped; TypeScript build and diff checks passed. The two behavior changes each had an observed failing test before the implementation. Regression tests cover override removal and finite scan quotas. The optional JS-check gate has pre-existing OnePiece nullability errors, also reproduced on the unchanged baseline. Live PostgreSQL integration tests were not run. No real account or collection was modified and no emulator was launched.

Activation requires deploying the backend. No migration or per-account rewrite is required. At PR creation this behavior has not been deployed.
