The release guide records the build chat, Apple app 6828577293 and the local uncommitted submit-profile fix, distinct from staging and TestFlight acceptance. It now follows the current Expo project and iOS identity, pinned Node/Xcode worker, supported APK bundle hook and Apple image gate. Remote build numbers must be checked against the current Store app, never reset to an old baseline. Submission configuration must be verified explicitly because staging eas.json has no submit profile yet. The existing local fix is preserved.

The app PR is https://github.com/snag-tcg/poc-tcg-collector/pull/947. Configuration tests compare the guide with the committed values. No archive, submission, installation or production change was performed. This entry tracks a proposed staging PR, not a deployed release.

The guide also covers initial setup from the Apple team, Bundle ID and app record through Expo access, EAS signing, submission key association and TestFlight. Each step includes a checkpoint and official source; repeat releases have a shorter checklist and reuse existing credentials.
