The valid provided anniversary logo exists in production but its private set association is absent, so the public path is null and guest media returns 404. The ingest now retains that reviewed existing logo when upstream omits a URL. The provided and production assets match byte-for-byte; no replacement needed.

Backend PR: https://github.com/snag-tcg/tcg-collector-backend/pull/625. Set-logo tests: 36 passed; full ingest build/tests: 568 passed. A backed-up repair for exactly one set and one existing localization is prepared but not applied. Preserve all other metadata, cards and user data. No migration, service restart or global purge is required. Production remains unchanged and mobile validation awaits activation. One Piece Promo source choice is separate.
