Existing email and Apple accounts receive beta admission once at the first execution of migration 0056, without consuming an invitation or changing their sessions or collection. New accounts after that snapshot still need an invitation. Anonymous and deleted accounts are excluded, account bans remain effective, and replaying migrations cannot admit future signups. Deleting an account and signing up again with the same email does not restore its admission.

Validation: nine integration tests passed against isolated PostgreSQL; API unit suite passed 1,673 tests with 42 skips and no failures; TypeScript checks passed. Coverage includes Apple identities, preserved sessions and holdings, fresh sessions, invitation preservation, bans, replay, guest conversion and recreated accounts.

Prepared in PR, not deployed or applied to production. The deployed beta status endpoint returned 404 during read-only inspection. Compatible API deployment, backup and migrations 0055/0056 are required before activation. The backend flag can disable beta enforcement without deleting admissions or the rollout marker.
